Flow & Heal – Half Day Yoga Retreat with Jessie Hill

Take a break from the hustle and bustle to recharge and reground with Jessie Hill at Soleado Lavender Farm. This half-day retreat is the perfect gift of self-love, complete with a vinyasa flow in the bamboo forest, guided meditation & sound healing in nature. You’ll be invited to enjoy lavender tea while learning to make a lavender sachet to take home. We welcome you to explore the many gems on this beautiful farm, finding peace and stillness amidst the natural beauty of Maryland’s Agricultural Reserve. You’ll leave this experience feeling refreshed & alive through connection with nature and yourself.
This will be the last workshop of this kind for the year, early fall is a wonderful time to spend outdoors grounding a reconnecting with nature before the weather turns cold.

What to bring: Refillable water bottle, comfortable shoes for the three minute walk down to the bamboo forest (the area is very sunny), and your mat! Bring lots of layers, even a blanket as you may feel cold during Sound healing when you are very relaxed.
Bio – Jessie Hill found her way to yoga after years of athletics. While movement had always been a huge part of her life, the concept of self-care and healing was very new. She was initially drawn to the powerful vinyasa classes, thinking of them as a sport replacement. Very soon after practicing consistently, Jessie began to notice benefits that went far beyond the physical. It was only a matter of time before Jessie began teaching and sharing this passion for moving and feeling good with others. In her classes, you can expect creative sequencing and fun, challenging movements, with a strong intention to heal and feel good.
