Sit – Be – Breathe: Yoga and Meditation Retreat – with Fela
July 14 @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pm$150
Join yoga practitioner, Fela, on the Farm for a day of wellness, nature, and creativity at the Sit, Be, and Breathe: Retreat for the Self. Just an hour outside of Washington, DC Soleado Lavender Farm is a place for relaxation and contemplation. A working farm balancing (lavender) crop production and creating a magical landscape to explore; the Farm offers us a space to reclaim our time through spiritual gathering, nature immersion, and inspiration.
This day-long retreat will be a blend of celebration and reverence. Indulging the senses of sight, sound, smell, and touch as you honor the space within and around you. We will connect to the Self through yoga and meditation, discussions, listening to and bearing witness to the bees and their impact, exploring the farm, and more. This retreat is for people who are in search of the Self, who want to be inspired, honor their light, and recharge.
The retreat will take place after the lavender bloom season has ended, but there will be a variety of other flowers in bloom on the farm. You’ll leave this experience with a bag of lovingly curated gifts from Soleado Lavender Farm and the intentions and observations you make in your journal. By the end of the retreat, you’ll have more clarity than you came in with and a deeper sense of reverence for yourself and the world around you alongside a new circle of community.
We’ll spend time with:
