Refund Policy:

Product Returns can be made 30 days from date of order for the following reasons: 

•  If you find you are allergic to any ingredient, we will process a return (one time) if less than one half of the item is used. 
•  If the product arrived damaged.

Shipping information: We cannot guarantee shipping times.

Orders are sent out a minimum of two days a week and we ship nationwide.

To process for return contact customer service with your order number. 

Plants: 

Plants bought on farm, lavender requires specific care, we guarantee our plants for one year, if you can tell us the care tips you followed and still lost a plant send us photos of your dead plants. If we determine that they may have died from causes outside of your control with in the first year, we will offer you 40% off the purchase of new plants. 

Event Tickets: 

Event tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a friend if you notify us by email no less than 15 days prior to event. 

Events may be cancelled if unsafe weather conditions are forecast, or in the event of federal or state health mandates. In which case SLF will provide ticket holders with store credit redeemable toward farm products or events and classes. 

If a rain date is stated in the ticket description it will be used as needed to fulfill the value of the ticket, and no refunds will be offered.
